Start Post Walk

😴 Hello... neighbor...

You woke me.

I’m Dozer, the Neighborhood of Misfits’ official Sleep Monster and protector of personal peace.

Some people chase dreams.

I prefer to catch them.

If you need me, I’ll probably be under my favorite blanket, taking what I call a very important nap.

I’m calm, observant, and in no particular hurry. Around here, everyone seems convinced that every little problem is an emergency.

Most of them are not.

I may look like I’m sleeping through everything, but I usually know exactly what’s going on.

I’m simply deciding whether it requires getting up.

Life moves pretty fast around here.

I don’t.

😂 Fun Facts About Dozer

  • Can fall asleep in under thirty seconds, even during conversations he technically started.
  • Once slept through an entire neighborhood parade and later said it sounded “a little busy.”
  • Owns twelve favorite pillows and insists they all serve different purposes.
  • Believes weekends should last five days and Mondays should require approval.
  • Snores loudly enough for Chip to use it as background music.
  • Has never met a blanket he did not immediately trust.
  • Refers to naps as “productivity breaks.”
  • Can recognize the phrase “quick meeting” from three rooms away and disappear before it starts.
  • Usually knows exactly what happened while everyone assumes he slept through it.
  • Will get up immediately when something truly matters.

Eventually.

💬 Things Dozer Always Says

Five more minutes.
Is it bedtime yet?
Wake me when dinner’s ready.
That sounds like tomorrow’s problem.
I’m not lazy. I’m conserving energy.
Do we really need a meeting for this?
I was listening. My eyes were just closed.
Wake me when it affects the blanket.
…Zzz…

🛏️ Dozer's Bedtime Rules

Keep your voice down.

Blankets are for sharing—unless it is the favorite blanket.

Pillows are sacred.

Alarm clocks are suspicious.

Naps are never canceled. They are rescheduled.

No serious conversations after getting comfortable.

Nothing is urgent unless it affects the blanket.

And remember:

Rest is not laziness. It is maintenance.
